The flooding is affecting urban areas and medical facilities, creating immediate risks to residents, patients, transport networks, and emergency responders. Available reporting does not provide a confirmed death toll or full assessment of infrastructure damage, so the scale of the disaster remains developing. Authorities and emergency services are expected to focus on rescues, evacuations, road closures, and restoring access to affected hospitals.
