The assault focused on power facilities and infrastructure around Kyiv and elsewhere in Ukraine, according to Reuters and Associated Press reporting. The attacks come amid the continuing war and raise immediate concerns about electricity, heating, and essential services as Ukraine enters the colder months. Reports cited by the sources said at least four people were killed, while other accounts reported seven fatalities; the casualty figures may change as emergency services complete their work.
