The strikes hit northeastern and western Ukraine in repeated attacks extending into Monday night and Tuesday, according to Ukrainian officials and international reports. Kharkiv suffered the heaviest reported casualties, with homes damaged and at least 37 people injured; authorities also reported damage near Lviv. The attacks come amid renewed diplomatic activity and continuing disputes over alleged energy ceasefire commitments, heightening concern that civilian areas and critical infrastructure remain exposed.
