European reporting says strikes killed at least three civilians in Kharkiv and the Lviv region, while a Russian drone hit an apartment block in Kyiv, killing one woman and injuring at least five people. The attacks underscore the continuing danger to Ukrainian cities despite reported discussions between Russia and Ukraine about halting strikes on energy infrastructure. Further casualty and damage assessments remain underway.
