The attacks were reported across multiple Ukrainian regions, including Kharkiv, Lviv, Kyiv and Rivne. Ukrainian officials said civilian infrastructure was hit, and a university in Rivne was among the damaged sites. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine received no advance intelligence from partners before the Kyiv strike and accused Russia of continuing to target energy facilities. The coordinated use of missiles and drones adds pressure on Ukraine’s air defenses and raises the risk of further civilian casualties and infrastructure disruption.
