The attack occurred in Ukraine’s Donetsk region, where public transport was suspended after the blast. It is among the deadliest reported incidents in the latest wave of Russian attacks, coming one day after strikes in Pryluky killed 22 people. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has renewed calls for stronger international military support as civilian casualties and power disruptions mount.
