The strike occurred near the frontline in Donetsk region, where public transport was suspended after the explosion. The latest casualties add to a deteriorating humanitarian situation as Ukraine faces continued Russian attacks, mounting civilian deaths and preparations for potentially severe winter blackouts. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is urging NATO countries to provide additional air-defense and military support.
