Ukrainian officials say the strike hit an aid site in a village, killing at least 40 people and leaving about 30 missing. The reported casualties underscore the continuing civilian toll of Russia’s war even as discussions address Ukraine’s reconstruction and postwar security guarantees. The incident remains developing, and casualty figures may change as rescue teams search the ruins.[2][5][7]
