Russian strikes kill at least 38 in Ukraine

The attacks reportedly hit an aid-distribution site, hospice, hospital and other civilian locations, including a school building in Komyshuvakha. Ukrainian officials said Russia launched hundreds of drones and dozens of ballistic and cruise missiles against infrastructure across the country, while Kyiv warned that the damage could create broader nuclear-safety risks. The escalation comes shortly before planned U.S.-brokered peace talks in Abu Dhabi, increasing pressure on diplomatic efforts.[5][6][7]
