Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine is prepared to hold negotiating-team-level talks with US and Russian representatives in Abu Dhabi next month. The announcement comes amid continuing conflict and separate reports of a planned temporary ceasefire in Oleshky to facilitate humanitarian aid and civilian evacuations. The proposed trilateral meeting is not yet confirmed, and its timing depends on Russian participation, but it represents the clearest major diplomatic development in the current global news cycle.
