The latest reported attacks struck Kharkiv and areas near Lviv, with Ukrainian officials reporting casualties, injuries, and damage across both northeastern and western Ukraine. The incidents underscore the continued reach of Russia’s aerial campaign and raise fresh concerns about civilian safety and Ukraine’s energy infrastructure as the conflict enters another period of escalation. Separate reporting indicates that attacks have also affected Ukrainian power plants, increasing the potential humanitarian impact as authorities work to maintain essential services.
