The latest strike intensifies pressure on Saudi Arabia as Houthi attacks linked to Yemen’s war increasingly target civilian and aviation infrastructure. Authorities have not publicly established responsibility for the newest projectile, while the Saudi-led coalition says it has intercepted other missiles launched toward the kingdom. The attacks come amid broader regional tensions, including ballistic-missile launches by North Korea and continuing uncertainty over a proposed Russia-Ukraine ceasefire covering energy infrastructure.
