FRANCE RAIL NETWORK HIT BY SABOTAGE AS OLYMPICS OPENING CEREMONY BEGINS

France's national rail operator said multiple acts of sabotage disrupted high-speed train service across the western, northern, and eastern regions of the country. SUPREME COURT EXTENDS STAY ON UP NAME-DISPLAY ORDER
